Founded in Dubai by Dayaparan P., a hospitality management professional with nearly three decades of hands-on experience across four countries, GGB Consulting exists to bridge the gap between culinary passion and commercial success.

Dayaparan brings 28+ years of hands-on hospitality experience spanning luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, large-scale catering operations, and quick-service chains across the UAE, India, Singapore, and Oman.

Before founding GGB Consulting, he held senior operational roles with some of the biggest names in the hospitality sector — managing everything from kitchen brigades of 50+ to multi-outlet P&L responsibility exceeding AED 20 million annually.

His approach is distinctly operational rather than theoretical. He personally reviews every project that GGB undertakes. His attention-to-detail philosophy has made GGB Consulting a name that restaurant owners trust when the stakes are highest — whether that is a make-or-break turnaround of a failing venue or the multi-million-dirham launch of a flagship concept.
