GGB Consulting exists because most restaurants don't fail in the kitchen — they fail in the spreadsheet. I've spent nearly three decades on the floor and behind the P&L: launching new concepts, turning around outlets three months from closing, and building the systems that let an owner run ten covers or ten outlets without losing control of either.
That's 45+ restaurants launched and more than 300 engagements across the UAE, the GCC, Oman, India and Singapore — including years in Oman with Falcon Tourism (2012–2018), where the work ran from fine dining to a Guinness World Record-recognised venue. Projects like that teach you that scale and discipline aren't opposites. I'm PMP-certified, because in this business execution is a discipline, not a talent.
I don't trade on logos or promises. I trade on what the numbers say. Food cost, labour, rent-to-revenue, payback — these four readings tell you whether a restaurant is a business or an expensive hobby, and most owners have never been shown how to read them.
