How the Vault is kept honest
What these documents are — and what they are not.
- Source-derived. Each document is a readable extract published from a record GGB holds on file, cleared for publication at the anonymised tier.
- Redacted. Client, supplier and contractor names, prices, contract terms and individuals are removed wherever confidentiality requires it — each document lists its own redactions.
- Bounded. Every document states what it proves and what it does not. None is a promise of an outcome on your project.
- The same words. Each PDF is printed from the published page itself, and the build refuses to ship a download that differs from the page it came from.
- Never here. Operators' own food-safety and FoodWatch registration files belong to them and are never published. How GGB runs that work is on the FoodWatch registration page.
