The Owner's Rack · Instrument 18 · Edition 2026
The GGB Index.
The other seventeen instruments read your operation. This one builds the benchmark they read against — an anonymised picture of real F&B economics across the corridor, assembled from operators, published back to operators.
Collection open — the counter lights at 25 contributions.
The deal, plainly
Seven fields. No name on any of them.
- Anonymous by construction. The dataset cannot store identity — the ingress refuses name-shaped fields outright, and the optional report reservation travels as a separate request with no figures on it.
- Bands where bands suffice. Revenue, aggregator share and outlet count are bands, never exact figures — the two cost ratios are the only raw numbers, because they ARE the benchmark.
- Contributors are paid in the report. The full published Index is free to every contributor at publication — before anyone else sees it.
- Publication waits for truth. No report ships until the sample clears the floor — a benchmark built on a handful of rows would be theatre, and this estate doesn't do theatre.
