Role: Founder-led delivery control — inspection discipline, interface coordination and programme governance through to a recorded handover.

The register holds contemporaneous fit-out records for a waterfront café delivered under landlord technical conditions — a work programme across plumbing, electrical, gas, fire suppression, kitchen exhaust, grease management, joinery, commissioning and handover; a nine-page equipment BOQ; a 28-item site-status record; and a landlord FINAL DESIGN APPROVAL-stamped detailed design package on file. The dining room below is a project-period photograph from the same delivery era.

- Are you the contractor?
- No. Construction sits with licensed contractors under their own obligations. GGB is the owner’s side of the table: scope discipline, tender control, programme truth and inspection management, from award to handover.
- Can you rescue a build already in trouble?
- Yes — a delivery reset: scope truth first, then variation control, resequencing and an honest date. The earlier the call, the cheaper the reset.
