Multi-concept destination capability — Muscat
Dayaparan led the development and operating activation of The Cave Muscat, a destination hospitality complex conceived around nine restaurant and entertainment venues. Seven concepts are presently named in the published documentary record: Cosmos, Rossini, Espeto Gaucho, Rumba Lattina, Clouds, Asiana and Al Manjur. Further concept naming will be added as the remaining primary records are cleared.
A complex, multi-outlet hospitality development requiring far more than a conventional restaurant opening. The project records demonstrate involvement in commercial-kitchen planning, equipment and BOQ coordination, procurement comparisons, opening-stock mobilisation and the development or coordination of multiple restaurant identities within the destination. The surviving project trail includes kitchen-drawing correspondence, equipment proposals, category-level F&B procurement workbooks and concept assets.
Business situation
A large multi-concept hospitality destination — a development requiring far more than a conventional restaurant opening: multiple kitchens, multiple identities, one opening mobilisation.
Mandate
Commercial-kitchen planning, equipment and BOQ coordination, procurement comparisons, opening-stock mobilisation and the development or coordination of multiple restaurant identities within the destination.
Scope delivered — evidence-supported only
- Commercial-kitchen drawing and equipment-proposal coordination (BOQ + AutoCAD trail)
- Opening procurement across produce, seafood, meat and poultry, dry goods, dairy and packaging — vendor comparison, ordering and supply-chain mobilisation
- Category-level procurement comparison workbooks for opening-stock decisions
- Development or coordination of multiple restaurant identities within the destination
- Concept portfolio documented in the period collateral — the destination was marketed at the time as Cosmos · Rossini · Espeto Gaucho · Rumba Lattina · Clouds · Asiana · Al Manjur (seven documented concepts, register row 28; published per the owner’s 2026-07-30 ruling)
Operating complexity
Multiple restaurant concepts inside one destination — seven documented in the period marketing collateral (Cosmos, Rossini, Espeto Gaucho, Rumba Lattina, Clouds, Asiana and Al Manjur) — each with its own kitchen interfaces and opening-stock demands, mobilised through one procurement operation.
Method
One mobilisation system across many concepts: equipment and kitchen decisions coordinated through a single BOQ discipline, and opening stock bought through comparison workbooks rather than single-vendor default.

Outcome
Outcome figures are published only against verified records (register §9). The destination’s operating reality is evidenced by the period photographs, the opening-procurement record and the public film; this dossier states the development capability exactly as far as that evidence carries it.
Boundary statement
Concept ownership, branding rights and third-party design authorship remain with their holders; GGB’s role was planning, coordination and mobilisation within the destination’s development.
Evidence note
Project-period records, 2012–2014: kitchen-drawing and equipment-proposal correspondence (2013 onward), full-level plan and kitchen-equipment schedule sets for both development sites (October 2012, government-client project record on file), category-level F&B procurement workbooks and opening orders (2014), international agency-pitch and per-restaurant budget records corroborating destination scale (on file, not reproduced), a 115-page operating training manual (January 2013) and concept assets for the destination’s restaurant identities. The seven-concept portfolio is documented in the period menu-book and marketing collateral (register row 28) and named here per the owner’s 2026-07-30 publication ruling — the collateral itself and the concept marks stay unreproduced on the logo-IP line. The destination is additionally documented by a film on the founder’s public channel. Confidential content is redacted before publication.
