Operating complexity

Method
Brief-first development: operations and engineering requirements written into the design request itself, so BOQ, 3D design and MEP provisions answered one coordinated question instead of three separate ones.
Flow summary: goods arrive at receiving, pass through dry store and the cold chain, split into separated fish, meat and vegetable preparation streams, converge on the hot kitchen and bakery, cross the pass into service — while used ware returns on a single one-way loop through dishwash and pot wash, never crossing the clean streams. The dashed separation line between raw preparation streams marks where cross-contamination is designed out. Power, gas, exhaust, drainage and suppression interfaces are coordinated at each zone.
